Vincent highlights how we often act as if we were part of ‘The Five Monkeys’ experiment in which hearing, seeing and speaking ‘no evil’ gets rewarded with loyalty points, yet the individual, the community and the organisation remain dissatisfied, demoralised and disempowered. Vincent encourages the viewer to ask questions, use reasoning skills and emotional intelligence to advance as individuals and for the common good within our purpose driven endeavours and our communities.
